Insomnia Grief and Infant
Well to update everyone. Marisa is 8 months old on Thursday 10/9. She is starting to say da da da da, loves pears and rolls from one side of the house to the other. She sleeps rather good and is an overall joy to have.
Now, peanut will be gone a year 11/4 and there are days i miss her so much and feel guilty like i dont think of her as often as I should. I am so busy with Marisa that some days I dont talk to her. I feel horrible about that. I still pray that I find someone who can do a free pet reading for me like a medium for animals. I NEED to know she is ok to heal.
My insomnia is getting worse. I was prescribed lorazepan .5 mg friday doc said i could take 2 for 1.0mg. That is like pez. I take 2 piggy back with 2 sleeping pills and a night cap and I sleep. If i eliminate any part of that i blink at the ceiling all night. I was up to 7 otc sleep pills before the lorazepan.
Any suggestions on anything please email me steph@rlilly.com as i read that more than im in here
love

I\'m sorry that your insomnia is getting worse, mine is as well. It\'s bad, if you need to talk you can message me. I get back to people really fast because I\'m up all the time and have nothing to do, lol. Hope you start feeling better. :)
I think this weekend I am going to as hubby if I can try the ambiem that has been collecting dust in my cabinet. Im afraid to take it with an infant. One I am not guaranteed 8 hours so I dont know how I will be if woken up and two i dont want to sleep drive. But, I will give him my keys and lock my bedroom door. I just want to see how I react to it. What do you take?
I take Ambien 30mg. It is an awesome sleeping medication. Also, if you take it and your vision goes double, don\'t be worried, it\'s completely normal. It always happens to me.
I would also recommend recording yourself while your on it to see what you do when it\'s kicked in. I do that and I find it very interesting.
Yeah see that is the think double vision or odd effects with an 8 month old is not a good thing though, that kind of worries me, I mean i have my husband at home too but still i should be completely there mentally
Yeah, definitely be careful with the baby, you never know what the stuff will make you do. Once I apparently got out all of the needles and syringes that I use to take certain shots with and stuck them in me and lefts marks and stuff, I know I did that because I was recording myself that night. I have no memory of doing that.
Yeah that\'s exactly why I worry about trying ambien.
