Insomnia

Insomnia sucks at times. Sometimes I dont mind it. But I am really tired right now. I am having nightmares and not sure why. They are all different. Never the same. Then I wake up drenched in sweat. It makes me go back to childhood having all these night mares again. I need to check and make sure my new med is not causing night mares. I had one med in the past that did but these where awful nightmares. yuck. But they could be happening for lots of reasons. anyway I am gonna go and try to entertain myself.
