Insomnia

It is 1:30 in the morning and I cant sleep. So what do you do when you cant sleep? Play online and see what is going on. Insomnia rocks! (not!) Sometimes it would be nice to just lay and bed and fall asleep. ZZZZZZ. Anyway, this past week I went to the commission for the blind in my state. I went to a workshop on looking for jobs, resume's, how to tell an employer about your disability and to back up how successful you'll be at the company. It was pretty fun. Some points where tiring. We had good speakers come and talk. I was the only deaf-blind person. It was pretty fun. I met lots of interesting people who are blind of course. I also signed up to play Goal Ball. So that is pretty exciting. It will get me into shape. smiles. Sat. my girl friend and I went to her cousin's wedding. It was so beautiful and simple. Just how the bride and groom wanted it. It was fun. I got to meet some more of the family and new people too. The wedding was outside at the groom's mother's house. The brides maids all had black dresses on with hot pink ribbon around there waist. The floweres were white and lite purple daisy looking flowers. The cake was awesome. The bride, Jenn and her father made the wedding cake. It was  really good. I am not a cake person but she can make me a small cake anytime. LOL.  It was a such a fun wedding. Then after the wedding and reception my girl friend and I drove home the longer,scenic way. It was pretty out. Sunny.  Now this week I have a eye appoint and a meeting with my commission for the blind counselor. We will discuess job options. So that is what this week looks like. Not too bad. May go meet with some friends this week and pay bills. Oh so fun. Anyway thats it for now. Toodles.
