INO 11
Today I found out that there is a good job opportunity available and hopefully things will work out for it :) I would be like a sitter, but for only one client. He is *very* low functioning. I was told that he doesn't speak, walk, eats through a feeding tube, etc. I would hopefully get the night shift, which is only from 4p-8p, or 5p-9p... only 4hrs but I'd get paid around 400/wk!!!!! SWEET! Keep those fingers crossed for me. I also completed my CNA and Phlebotomy courses last week. I'm working on becoming more comfortable with sticking people and I'm waiting for my test date to become licensed. I've been working on my bored eating... Working on doing things to make myself not bored. Tomorrow I'm going to go see my mama to get a tape measurer (I'm going to start measuring my body... dunno how often yet, either bi-weekly or monthly) and going to clean my filthy apt. I also think I'm going to do chest/ back workout versus a leg... haven't quite decided yet. I'm wondering if I am not eating enough.... When I was INO before my little 'gain 6lbs' kick, I constantly had a faint headache.. Sometimes it was even a full blown headache. I've been INO for 2 days now, and I have that faint headache again (yesterday it was full blown) I'm going to have to play around and just listen to my body to fine tune it. My issue is that I have NO idea what my BMR is. Every calculator I use is different! Who knows better than my body I guess! I also have found a great motivator that helps me make the right decision Although I didn't get it from a healthy source, it works for me! I write my goal weight on my wrist so that I'm pretty much looking at it constantly. So far so good. Maybe slightly compulsive, but, I'm not starving myself or any of that other dumb bs people do to get thin. I'm actually doing it the hard, real way, so that I can maintain but also be BANGING hot hehe I also found that while I'm riding the bike, if I visualize pedaling toward my fit-self during the HARD intervals, it feels AMAZING!! I also believe I'm going to be getting a gym membership again soon. The location of the gym isn't exactly great, BUT here's the pros... 1) Price- $1 down, 10-20$ a mon, depending on package 2) the 20$ package includes unlimited tanning and massage chairs 3) no commitment 4) Its pretty much 24/7... Opens mon @5a closes fri @9p, sat & sun 7-7... So 4 pros to 1 con... sounds good.
