Inner Peace
Regular journal entry below the Inner Peace article, read it...trust me:
Inner PeaceIf you can start the day without caffeine,If you can get going without pep pills,If you can always be cheerful, ignoring aches and pains, If you can resist complaining and boring people with your troubles, If you can eat the same food every day and be grateful for it, If you can understand when your loved ones are too busy to give you any time, If you can take criticism and blame without resentment,If you can resist treating a rich friend better than a poor friend, If you can conquer tension without medical help,If you can relax without liquor, If you can sleep without the aid of drugs,
...Then You Are Probably The Family Dog!
There, thought you might enjoy that. I can't seem to change the font size so I guess you should be able to read this extra well today. Even though I can't...I'm not wearing my glasses. I'm in the middle of dying my hair. It's a semi-permanent...it's called Electric Black...but we tried last night and seems more purple then anything....so I'm trying again. I may just end up with purple hair...kinda funky...I can roll with it. LOL.
Things have been going great since I got home. I had my initial 1.5 days of really tough hard emotionalness and now I feel like I can tackle the world and fly and be FREE! I love life so much right now. I feel so blessed. So many God things have happened in the last week and I know that hospital admission was part of it. I was able to speak my mind and tell the staff so much of what has bothered me from the past about previous admissions and get it off my mind and they appreciated it and didn't get defensive.
My roommate is coming home today so I'm suppose to be cleaning but I think I may be making more of a mess. The bathtub is looking kinda purplish at the moment but since I still have dye in my hair I don't dare wash the tub yet. I still need to clean the living room too. Blah. Cleaning. Doesn't that chore ever end. LOL.
I'd much rather go outside and jump in the puddles and open an umbrella and pretend I'm Mary Poppins. It's a blustery windy day out there today here in Halifax. The apartment is leaking as usual.
I have so many things to say but I think my 30 min is just about up so I should go rinse this stuff outta my hair before I end up dying the entire apartment with purple streaks. LOL.
I can't see what I'm writing...so hopefully I haven't made too many errors. I really am blind as a bat without my glasses on.
