Inlaw
Went to nursing home again. My grandma inlaw is so happy when i arrive that i had to make the time to eat dinner with her. It only cost $2.00 but that's all it's worth! LOL! My inlaw wanted a pork chop like i had and i told her she would have trouble eating it. But she had to find out for herself so i gave her a piece and ofcourse she had to spit it out! I was glad cause i dont think she was supposed to have it anyway! Pork can be hard to digest and she has enough problems! She was dissapointed that i didn't wake her my last visit! I explained that I did try to wake her but she didn't respond! She said next time I should shake her awake! I am afraid that I will startle her but she insisted. And right after that all I said was ,should I give them advanced notice that I will be eating with you? ANd she had to sit back down she was laughing so hard! What did I say that was so funny?!!!She never could tell me why it was so funny so I just let it go. Anyway I will be heading back in a day or two with clean laundry and bottled water. She can not be convinced that they filter their water. It wont be a hard ship on me to bring her a few bottles everytime I come. I'm just glad she is happy to see me and happy with what I can do for her. Now on to having a dog again! She is getting so spoiled with attention that she will whine and groan at my back door all night long! Poor thing! I just don't have the energy to play her out! I'm thinking she needs another doggy pal! Yeah and of course that will mean twice the poop to pick up! YAY FOR ME! LOL!I pray all my friends are safe, happy and painfree!

It\'s so nice of you to visit your grandmother-in-law in the nursing home. I spent some time in one six years ago as a rehab. I had been very sick and almost died several times and I needed quite a bit of recovery. Every visit was so important. As far as the dogs are concerned, I have found that the dogs love having a buddy. I have almost always had 2, and they really are good company for each other, whether they are wrestling or sleeping. They\'re also not as lonely. BUT--they are more work, even though I have a fenced-in yard--and there definitely more poop! It\'s also more work if you have to walk them on a leash. Good luck, but don\'t bite off more than you can handle--that wouldn\'t be fair to you or te dogs.
