Injury

I am going to see someone in the occupational health department at my work tomorrow (I work in a hospital) This is because 3 weeks ago I knocked my left wrist on a door frame quite hard. At first my GP thought I may have fractured it but 2 weeks later when I got the result this was not the case. I must have just aggrivated my RA. I was signed off work for 5 days last week and returned to work this week which seems to have made my wrist worse. I am on paracetomol and tramadol for pain but I am still in excrutiating pain. I'm just wondering what they will say about it because I have not had any dealings with occupational health in the past. I have to tell them about the incident as it happened at work and also if I get signed off again (which is the way it is looking at the moment) then they can't turn round and say they weren't aware of this. I will update tomorrow evening when I get home from work. TTFN
