Incredible!!!
I just finished reading the book "Heaven is for Real". It's a true story about a 4 year old boy, Colton, who died and came back to life to share his story about going to heaven and sitting on Jesus' lap. It is pretty incredible.
There are no such things as coincidences ~ so I'm not going to call it a coincidence ~ but an ooooeeeoooee (something my mother-in-law and I came up to replace a "coincidence"). Anyway, on Sunday ~ just before going off to church I opened my email and found one from my sister-in-law. Written in the subject line was something about an incredible 12 year old girl artist. I thought I'd get to it later. When I got home I had other things to do and also decided to finish that book. Well, in the book the dad, Todd, talks about a friend of theirs who asked him if he ever heard about the 12 year old girl artist (who also died at 4 but came back) and now is drawing pictures of Jesus and of heaven. I thought - it HAS to be the same girl. Sure enough! What is even more remarkable is, after the dad learned of his son's experiences he kept asking him what Jesus looked like. Every painting or drawing he showed Colton over the course of time didn't "pass". Not until Todd showed him the amazing drawing of Jesus that the girl drew. Pretty awesome!!!

Ever since I've been taking good care of myself ~ I've been feeling more tired! And now ~ I have an ugly, nasty cold! I'm on my 3rd box of Kleenex and it's getting tiresome! All day yesterday I took extra vitamin C and Echinacea and I haven't noticed the difference at all. I know it's suppose to shorten the time you have a cold and that, if you take in the beginning of getting a cold (which I did), but I nothing. I guess I should give it chance since this only the second day! Anyway ~ I'm going to take advantage of being home today and read my new book "Be the Miracle" ~ Making the Impossible Possible.

I read this book too. In fact, the stories of people who have had near-death experiences fascinate me. I have read several of them. This one was a little different because it seemed to confirm the Revelations, which contradicts what others say.
Speaking of coincidences, I heard recently from my cousin that she has breast cancer that is fairly advanced. (She was always afraid of getting a mammogram in case the radiation would cause cancer. Now she realizes her mistake and is telling anyone who will listen. Anyway, in her e-mail she says that she is afraid that if she dies, that will be the end. I\'ve been meaning to respond to her that she should start reading these stories.
I hope you feel better soon. Colds are so miserable that they seem to last forever.
There\'s another book called \"The Boy Who Met Jesus\" I want to read.
This all takes me back to what I read about Indigo kids about a decade ago. THey as a whole were more in tune to spiritual matters and to spiritual connection.
Sorry to hear about your cousin\'s cancer. And yes, mind-body, or spiritual, or any other connection to something greater than herself can only help. May she find peace.
Zicam is supposed to make colds feel less awful; it worked for me. Contains zinc. I could feel it wear off about every 4 hours, so it must have helped!
Hoping you are resting and taking care.....
