Inconsistent
Things I need to commit to doing daily:
Waking up early/go to bed early
Exercising (WALKING) for 2 hours every day (morning and night)
Work on class work/log attendance
Write a journal entry on here
Eat healthier/at the right times
Spend at least 45 minutes cleaning every day
How to accomplish these things:
Set and FOLLOW alarms for waking up and going to bed...NO EXCUSES!!
Walking each morning and night gives me the chance to help my family get healthier as well.
Sit down for at least 30 minutes to tackle reading/assignments will help get my work in on time and bring up my GPA.
Writing a journal entry here every day will help put things in perspective. Just sit down, log in, and type for at least 10 minutes.
Staying full on fruits and vegetables will give me more energy and the ability to make better choices. Spend 30-60 minutes on dinner every day and prep meals and snacks twice a week.
Cleaning burns calories and improves my mood. Pick a room, set a timer, and clean. Include music.
My goal is to lose 3 lbs per week, or 12 lbs per month, for a total of 135 lbs. I need to burn 1,500 calories a day to reach this goal. I need to stop making excuses and get moving. I feel better when I am working and moving, but I convince myself I don't feel well and am better off just laying/sitting in bed reading or watching Netflix. The only way for me to get stronger is move, even if its only a little in the beginning. I have to start somewhere.
This move has helped me greatly in doing that, but I still fall back on old habits. They are so hard to break. But, its said that it takes 21 days to break a bad habit/start a new one. I will do all of the above for 21 days straight, and will have created new and important habits to aid in my great lifestyle change that I am undertaking.

I think what you\'ve done here is really cool. Setting up a list of goals and how to go about them is a great idea, I\'ve been trying to do the same thing, except I\'m still working on those goal... Not sure what it is I want yet. I wish you the best of luck and I hope you go through with it all and it works out for you! Here if you ever want to talk!!
Good luck!
