In the dark.
Some days the giving up module kicks in and procrastinates my day - In order to defeat this procrastination, I must Drink a sugar free red-bull and down my 200mg. Zoloft.
Dragging the darkness around all day is tiresome it feels as if my body will break from the stress. Once the darkness is alleviated, how can it be removed? Can it be burned away as a wart or mole? Why must it persistently make itself known throughout the day, as I flick light switches to on, it seems there is a constant presence switching it off.

Hi, thanks for the friend request. Just want you to know I relate to how you feel. And I like the way you express yourself. Very poetic. If you would ever like to chat, please feel free to message me or whatever. I look forward to getting to know you better! Hugs, Sadie
Thanks Sadie, you as well!

Oh Ms. SilentWhispr
We are all of one accord. Holy mackerel, I don\'t know if I can open the door long enough to let the incisive lingering of self-hate out.
Anyway, everyone thinks I love myself... guess I am better at hide and go seek than I thought.
... and yes, these are the pathetic ramblings of a peri-menopausal, depressed, anxious and socially awkward mid aged woman. GRRRR... LOL
