In some serious pain

Day 4 of attacks of pain in my right side and right shoulder.  The mimic the gallbladder attack pains I had years ago.  My gallbladder was removed in 2005.  It is even worse today.  The pain wakes me up.  Seems to last hours and then stop.  Yesterday, after it stopped I only ate yogurt, fruit and vegies.  I was fine all day, then I decided to eat a taco for dinner and was uncomfortable when I went to bed and woke with this killer pain.  Anyone have any idea what it could be?  My sister said she has had pain like that too (she also had her gallbaldder removed) and she said she found that sugar and fat make it worse.  It hurts even worse when I breathe in.  I am hoping to ride it out long enough for it to stop.  And not eat anything other than fruit, vegies and yogurt. I am going to my friends house tonight.  I will drive my hubby to work and spend the evening there with her until its time to pick hubby up.  So this pain must stop! I do not have a fever.  Ibuprofen doesnt help and heat doesnt help.  The pain is on the right side at the base of my rib cage (like where my gallbladder was) and in the top of my right shoulder feeling like it is shooting downward.

Oh Bunnies, have you been saying \"what\'s next again\"? Seems like whenever you say \"what\'s next?\" something comes along. If it\'s not the town inspectors a knocking, the water heating breaking, the pond pump out, the AC broken, the coffee pot breaking, it\'s you falling apart. My heart goes out to you, sweetie. Take a long hot bath. And stop asking \"What\'s next?\" cause a woman can only take so much! You\'ve had your fair share!

god you\'ve had a rough go of it lately and now your health. I\'m kinda curious about what\'s going on too. (I\'m a nurse and baffeled) It\'s interesting that food makes it worse, under your ribs where you mention is actually bowel but the top near your shoulder, well that wouldn\'t fit. I hope things die down and you\'ll be feeling better real soon. Is there a doc you can see if it continues?

i was gonna suggest going to a doctor. You should not have to live with that pain. So sorry for all you have gone through, and now this. Here\'s a big hug for you.
