In Cali for a week

So this is my first day in Van Nuys. Cant say that the awesome burgers in this area are good for the diet are good. I came on this trip to get away from all the drama that has been going on at home. I've done pretty good trying to get over the whole process. Though now it is getting closer to a year since her infidelity. Being gone for this long and so far away, I thought, would be a great way for that certain separation between us. It really hasn't. I am still getting calls from 1600 miles away to fix problems I cannot handle. So from here on out I will not answer my phone or call her. She has said that she is an independent woman. Well I haven't seen it yet. Im not gonna let her ruin my week. I plan on getting caught up on much needed rest.
