In a Funk

I'm in a funk, and not a good one either. I keep staying in bed all day and not doing anything. Weekends are hard for me since there is not much to do and the buses don't run really often. I'm pretty much stuck in the house, and this weekend all I've done is sleep. I wake up early in the morning, have to take a klonopin to go back to sleep, and then sleep until the afternoon. My funky sleep has been throwing off Geo's sleep- I woke him at 7am today when I woke up by being fussy in bed, tossing and turning. I'm feeling a bit more up now, which is not good, since I'm going to have to go to sleep in a couple hours.
Tomorrow I'm going to try and go to the food stamps office so I can work on getting more food stamps for this month. It's hard with having no money and trying to eat. I got $6 in food stamps this month for the whole month. I don't know what to do with that much money LOL! Especially since hurricane season is coming and we need to stock up on our canned goods so we have something in case a hurricane comes. It's good to have a stock of food anyway, but it's hard to keep food in the house with a food addict. He's addicted to ramen now. I don't know if that's good or bad. Ramen is cheap, but it's not healthy at all. I need to also go to the store and get more veggies. I'm craving spinach again. Maybe I need the iron? It would be good to have some more veggies in the house. Give me something else to eat instead of crap.
Food: Today I was pretty good with food- I had some cereal for breakfast, some leftover wonton soup for lunch with some chow mein noodles, and regular dinner. I got all my fluids in today with the help of Gatorade, and I got my calories met with some ice cream. The depression is making me not hungry.
Mood: I know I'm depressed, I just don't feel it yet. I'm sleeping all the time and not hungry, so I'm showing the classic signs. Still, I don't know why I'm depressed or what needs to be done to get out of it. Geo and I did have some fun together today (a tickle-fight) but it wasn't enough to lift me out of this funk (depression)
