In A Chatty Mood
So I've been attempting to make friends online and I've lost a couple of folks and attempting new ones but the small, fleeting ones that I get has given me the energy to talk more.
Also, I've been learning that I have ADHD/ADD and it makes sense to me now on why I didn't have many friends growing up and why it continues to be a theme in my life. I don't have money to get a proper diagnosis or medication but I am reading alot of books to help me manage my time and relationships. Outside of that, I have to let go of being perfect all the time! Sometimes I'm too afraid to say anything due to the possibility of saying something wrong or mad but that's a part of life. Like for example I was talking to someone and asking who they were and they said they played the piano and I asked them was it a hobby or as a job and they said that that's their life and remained quiet afterwards and I'm not sure if they were expecting an apology but I told them that I respected that. What more can I do about that? I still haven't made an actual friend friend but if I keep it up, I might just make a friend.
Despite that, I've been practicing qigong. It's really great and you can even do it sitting down! I wonder why qigong isn't as famous as yoga is in America yet? It's been helping me with my back, heart and knee problems and I'm very greatful for that. Now if only I can find a job and I'll be on the best track...
