Improving perspective....
Every morning I have been crying, but the intensity and duration is less and less. And I am praying outloud more and more.
My DH, as he left for work today, reported that he was feeling tired and was going to take a 5 day weekend. As soon as he walked out and shut the door behind him, my smile turned into those tears or worry and concern for him! I wish I could transfer all this to myself.
I have been using my Red Wine to help me relax an sleep at night, but this has to stop if I am to be strong for all of us. I have been in need of doing another cleanse like I did this spring, which left me feeling clear headed, strong and focused. It was amazing!!! (not to mention the weight that came off! a bonus perk!).
It was a group of my fellow gym rats that supported each other, but they are all busy and too active right now to do it again. My motivation is definitely going to be my DH. I feel he needs to tighten up his diet for a few weeks to see if it helps. He has been back to eating the white bread, processed meats and foods, dairy, and other nasty things that do not make the body strong! I know it helps him when he sees me letting go of habits and treats and thriving off of this change.
It will also keep my mind busy to not dwell on baby making and the negative. I have so much to be appreciative of! Meeting my DH at 37! Our miracle and fiesty son who is now 2! It takes all I have to not squeeze and pinch his adorable little body sometimes! But he does give these cute passionate kisses back to me!! :)
