im back
Hi people,
What can i say except things are going downhill at the moment, since the last time i was on here my life has been turned upside down. Last november my mum died from lung cancer, she was only 57 and we only had a few weeks from finding out about it until she passed away. I still find it really hard to talk about her without welling up, i miss her so much. My partner Mick has not been keeping well either, he has been off work on long term sick since march of this year......the dr isnt sure what is wrong so they are putting it down to a post viral infection, otherwise known as chronic fatigue syndrome or M.E. Also i found out in june that i was pregnant, i am now 23 weeks into it and of course this is when my panic attacks come back with a bang. I always thought that i would have kids but when my mum passed away the notion to have my own family went with it, so i am now struggling to cope and i feel so guilty about being pregnant, so much so that im dreading when the baby gets here because i dont think i will cope. I have been to the drs yesterday and they increased my medication. I am now on sertraline 100mg because i cant stay on my escitalopram while i am pregnant.
I will no doubt be on here a lot more because i do feel that it helps to articulate my feelings on here. It worked before and i hope it works again.
