Im annoyed!
It was for me god damn it. It was for me.
It deleted? What should I do?
Should I write it again?
Would it be fake if I wrote it again?
I am happy in the knowledge that I wrote it and I got to read it.
I am happier in the knowledge that I lived it and I have come to terms and am now at peace with it.
Sorry if anyone wanted to read it but its tough luck. I pressed a button and it got deleted somehow. heres a recipe for a pizza I cooked today instead.
150g Strong bread flour
1 teaspoon of yeast
100ml warm water
1/4 can chopped tomatoes
3 teaspoons of tomato puree
Mild cheddar cheese
1/4 Red onion
1 medium mushroom
Salt and pepper
Olive oil
I would cook the base a bit more the next time as it was a little doughy. maybe cook for around ten minutes on 200 degrees before you put the topping on and then for 10-15 mins after the topping.
Cook the chopped tomatoes for about 15 mins with the puree to thicken it up a bit. Yesterday I chucked some basil in there and today I put a 1/4 teaspoon of paprika.
Drizzle a little oil on top of the topings before cooking it.
The trick is to cook the base a little first and to keep the topping minimal so it cooks well throughout.
I'm still practising!
