I was worried about the parking passes because some reviews said they charged for passes? But they haven't yet so I dont see why they would start now. It is quite simple not to get towed, have a pass in the car and fill it out correctly, and make sure it is displayed, not sure what is too difficult about that. I like forest cove apartment because I have live here from 2001 to 2010 and after we moving from forest cove apartment because my husband like to change apartment. Now I looking here for rent 1 room apartment for myself because I like forest cove apartment.
Management was extremely helpful as I was looking for a place. They worked with me to secure an apt, provided info for furniture rental places, and gave me numbers to contact for Internet, utilities, etc. I had a 1 bedroom apt that I found it to be exactly as I wanted. All maintenance was done within 24 hrs of submitting the problem. If the kitchen was more user friendly I would have given 5 stars. From Margaret Cook- I have lived here for 1 year and have found it to be a great place to live- The main office has always taken care of any issues promptly, efficiently and makes you feel appreciated as a resident.
If you know you need just a few more continuing education hours, these individual classes are up your alley. The instructions to complete the course were some of the most confusing I have ever read. There were typos throughout the book, and in both the practice exam and the final exam there were multiple questions not covered in the course. There is support when needed, which is the reason I gave this course 3 stars instead of 2. There were some things that could have been covered better especially under the fair housing section.

The TLC management and process was good and also provides you the prompt service in case of any maintenance or kind of issues with respect to the apartment unit. They always have frequent promotions and referrals for the new residents. Moreover, Great Neighborhood , top schools , malls , grocery store and restaurants are near by.
