ar Bucket List:

i'm at the library.  was 39 last night.  brrrr.   our computers are screwy at work, they are working on them.  I was talking to an IT from Wisconsin and he says its below zero there and if it was 39 in Wisconsin it would be considered spring.  wow!  glad i don't live there.   sounds a lot like the north east or Alaska.  super cold.   I hear it is flooded around the nyc area even now.  rockaway etc.  very sad.  here in north florida, its 75 right now and the sun is out.  yay!

just finished reading amber brown goes fourth, by paula danzinger.  didn't even know that series exists.  its okay.  that author writes very high energy, like judy blume, she exhausts me.   danzinger died a couple of years ago.  though when she writes for teens, i like her better.    I prefer calmer books or more relatable ones I guess.  even though most of what they say is true and you say to yourself, public schools should be shut down, way too much chaos and superficiality - all that produces is damage, there isn't any proper academic learning going on.

got very little sleep.  drank coffee at 1 a.m. thinking its only a half cup, doesn't work that way, I should have just had a sip I guess.  the people next to me and behind me at reference are "whispering" so loudly I can't think at all.  i'm in search of a baby gate today.  the dog is still headed to the right toward the main road when its outside.  not good - so I can't let it stay outside for the afternoon anymore.  I can't trust her.

had dinner at k's.  he made chicken, which mine was good and he says his was dry.  i was a half hour late because of lines at the store.  not good.    soup, mixed veggies and potatoes.  he wasn't himself, I don't know if its from his choice of alcohol, scotch this time or nervous because he had a doctor appointment in front of him.  not a good idea to get drunk before a doctor's appointment.  watched Frasier, international real estate and criminal minds.  my bear arrived, I think its actually bigger than the other two and I expected it to be smaller because of the packaging - but its the same bear, so that was a relief.  talked to rn, she brought the cat to the vet and they have it on lysine and something else, its like ana and has had cold symptoms for over a year.  allergies can't be year round i don't think.  I was thinking walking pneumonia.  there is no way to tell anyway.  so i'll need to order lysine and see if it does anything.

w finished the window and even painted/primed it, which was super nice of him.  he put the braces under the stairs and under the deck and levelled it.  I need to know how much I owe him.  the painter still hasn't shown up.  amazing how often that happens.  wth?  washed out the curtains and still have the front ones to do that they always knock over.

wonder if earplugs will help this library is crazy noise.  wth?  this new guy in reference doesn't even whisper he talks.  mister wth?   they should put computers inside the cubicles for typewriters that are barely used now for those of us who hate noise.  the woman and her son on my left keep whispering together and the woman on my right keeps burping and saying excuse me outloud.  grrrrr.
