If not 1 thing, it's another

2 days ago I was lying on the floor with my grieving dog, her sissy died. As I got up my low back just "went out", where? IDK, LOL. Mean while I've been in P.T. for my neck. Funny, they'll be seeing me for low back soon. I have scoliosis of the low back n coccyx bones, thus mild pain majority of time. At least once a year my back does this, making me dependant on partner to wait on me. Went to doc PCP, got shot n flexeril. Pain level yesterday b4 shot * 11. Today pain level is thru the roof * 20! 

Advice? 

Swim/float, E.R., PCP........... UGH
