If I ignore it, will IF go away?

I haven't written a journal entry in a long time.  I guess I thought if I ignored it, infertility would just go away.  It didn't.  Today I made my appointment to meet with my RE.  (Next week during Spring Break.  Fun stuff.)  Although I'm not positive that he'll recommend IVF, I think I'm done wasting money on IUI.  I feel like if it was going to work, it would have done so by now.
I've been seeing several BFPs on the site lately.  It gives me hope that I will get my chance to be a mommy someday.  However, whenever I visit the site I feel the weight on my shoulders.  The weight that disappears when I ignore the situation.  I cry reading how everyone struggles, evil things people say and do, and feeling happy when their time finally comes.  I'm such a strong person, but visiting DS makes me feel vulnerable to my own emotions.  I can't ignore it anymore.
On a brighter note, I've been working hard to get back into shape.  This whole IF process has been awful on my body.  I was lazy.  I had no energy.  I just wanted to sit on the couch and watch TV.  I started Weight Watchers with my mom a month ago.  Last night, I weighed in 10 pounds lighter than when I started!  The exercise and diet plan have been working.  Finally, something I have complete control of.  (IF definitely tends to take that feeling away.)   I told my mom when I started that I was going to kick WW a*%.  10 pounds down.  10-15 pounds to go.
