If I disappear...
I am going back to PHP tomorrow. 3 more days insurance will give me. However, I cut myself Friday after group, so if I tell them that, that may change things. I'm not sure how. I may end up inpatient. So, if I disappear for awhile, that's where I am at.

I\'m back, no inpatient. there is a homework exercise i have to do which is supposed to help me. We\'ll see.

I say this every morning before I get out of bed. I really concentrate on what each verse means. I used to tape it up at my sink so I would always see it.
Phil 4:6-9 is another good one. be anxious for nothing, but in everything give thanks to the Lord. Look it up write it out and paste it up on your fridge, on the mirror in the bathroom, memorize it - no matter how long it takes. I used to write verses out on a card and take them with me when I walked, and memorize them.
I pray the Lord will heal your from the tip of your head to the soles of your feet, and He will heal heal your mind.
