If we

If he has agreed to the requirements and said what he needed to say (not what he said that he purposely knew what I needed and refused because of Evernote and he was too angry).

Expect walking on eggshells, censoring every word, trying to see what is being hidden or withheld.
I need to continue honesty, clarifying, paraphrasing, express myself directly, show sensitivity towards feelings, not fear.
I need to not guilt trip. Not belittle or denigrate. Not withdraw. Not make threats
I need to give and receive feedback to say what the reaction is, avoid judgement, is immediate, honest, and supportive

Every week ask myself
What is feeling good and what needs to change?
What gives me hope?
What do I worry about?
What makes me feel discouraged?
Has he stopped?
Has he adhered to the terms?
Am I fulfilling my part of the agreement and using constructive communication?
Are we using outside resources to help when indicated?

Also be aware of repetitive thoughts.
