idiot bus passenger
I felt lousy enough last night, and this morning, from some drama at nearby block party---and it always seems like when i'm down, i can expect some stranger to make me feel worse.
Toothless old idiot at bus stop, when i mentioned going to walmart for cat food, said, "get rid of the cat". And, after i said to bus driver, on way home, of me not having much food in house, to try to lose weight, they mistakingly thought i meant eating at restaurants, with them talking of money wasted, with same idiot bus passenger, either cursing me out or a driver in front of bus.
I already planned to avoid him, and never even answer anything he might say.....but at nine tonight my cat got really really sick. Nine tonight through ten, he using the litterbox a lot and vomiting food after eating, numerous times.
Might be a cold, from trimming his hair, with cold air on at same time cause....friend living next to somebody with terrible flea infestation, he found fleas on himself, with me worried of my legs itching when i walk across carpet lately, though no fleas found, but i put carpet fresh at corners of room to cut into any potential fleas; will vacume that up.
Would happen at start of month, with little money, and new town for new vet, with cashier at walmart a month ago saying how vet doesnt give a break on fees.
A long wait till tomorrow, to at least contact vet, with me on computer in apt building, with somebody probably waiting to get on computer to play some stupid game, with me going back to checking vet sites for cat illness symptoms.

Gee I hope your cat is okay. Let us know what happens. Sounds like the guy at the bus stop was a grouch. Try not to take it personally.

the cat is at the vet right now. i got a 915 appointment, came out and nearby clock said 1015. they are keeping him to get a urine/stool sample.
maybe the weekend block party noise, and me in and out apt cause of it upset the cat by monday, when he started getting sick.
i lost eight pounds---overnight, just worrying about the cat, as crazy/fake as that might sound. will probably get it all back today; got a box of icecream and some really bad news orange and cream big cookie/whatever for comfort food.
i\'m also at typical start of a fever blister on my lip, from bike rides in sun to vet, and stress.
around 5 tonight to pick cat up and get complete word about him.
hope your cat is okay. what do you use to ward off fleas for the cat?
i\'ve never cut a cat\'s fur. how old is your cat?
i keep my cat 110 percent indoors--he wouldnt want to go outside if even given the chance.
but, when we did get stuck with fleas, from him getting a professional haircut?, I found out that salt works good----pour it in carpet and cover with a tarp for a couple weeks, than use a rented carpet cleaner with water suction to get all the salt up. CAUSE SALT CAN KILL A CAT. BUT, the salt cuts through fleas hard shell like glass, so that fleas bleed to death. I\'ve never used flea products on my cats, after my dog maybe got liver cancer from flea spray.
This poor, and usually nasty, cat, was in a no-kill shelter cage for a year; I asked them what cat was there for the longest, to adopt. He is maybe 12? years old. The cat I had from his birth, I had to put to sleep last year---that one was 20 years old.
You are going through a terrible rough patch. I get fever blisters too and they totally suck!. So does worrying about your kitty! Shame on that vet for not pro rating his fees.
There\'s always some witless fool hanging around who doesn\'t like cats. I\'ll take a mean cat over a toothless old idiot any day.
