Identifying with your gut instict.
I had a long, long talk with my ex-fiance last night and it made me very upset and even more confused. I begged him to give me enough time so that I could go to my booked therapy session this afternoon. I have returned from that feeling somewhat enlightened. Because of this, my therapist has got me to identify with my gut instict and given me some tips on how to be more in-tune with it, and listen to it better. It's all about noticing when we make subconscious choices, and doing the opposite. The realisation that you made a mistake but thought about the better alternative first is noticing your gut instict, but hearing it too late. If I get better at hearing the little feelings earlier, I will become more in-tune. This will aid me into finding out what my gut thinks about him, my future and what to do.
I think this is helping me to make my decision.
