Ideas Of Reference

So lately while trying to figure out what's wrong with me, I discovered something called 'ideas of reference" ....
I was always facing a mystery... a trap that I was always trying to escape from.... so imagine a situation when the matter for you is what's the meaning of that... is there a hidden message behing this??
So what's common is that I often find (or trying to) connections between what people say and what I'm doing or thinking of; then I notice that sometimes people are talking about some subject and after then, I'll find articles on blogs or something like that, that are also talking about that same subject... it's really a confusing hopeless situation...
More often, by using some special words that I realize they are "related" to me.... like: (flower,rose,pink),(ring,0,phone...),(mary,marriage,mirror...),(six,f...),or numbers: (10,15,22,4,8,30,60,80,oh,18,ah...)and these numbers have something to do with time...then 18 relates to 6 and 15 relates to 3...and 4 relates to 22 relates to x relates to 10....
I find always connections between all that!!

So, actually I live almost a normal life... there's only some worries about my thoughts that drives me crazy when I'm in stressful situations or under pressure...hope to overcome that in the near future! =)
