IBS Still a Pain (no pun intended!)

I am lucky I was called off from jury duty today.  I consider it a good day just based on the fact that I don't have to sit in the court waiting room while having abdominal pain.  The pain is only a 3 on the "pain scale" of 1-10, so I can deal with it.  But it's easier to deal with in the comfort of my own home. 
I think I'll push myself to take a walk and maybe that will trigger some change with my innards.  LOL!  It's windy and overcast here, so it won't be too hot.  :-)
I just started the peppermint oil caps, so we'll have to see if they have any affect on my intestinal pain.  I'm optimistic only because there is no other way to be.  This too will pass!
