I wish I had some good news

My good friend of 10 years who cared for my parents has burned out as my rommate and is moving out as soon as she possibly can.  I cannot live alone becos there is too much unpredictability in my OFF and On times, and there is no one left to turn to.  My family is too busy and seems uninterested, and I have no idea what to do next.  I am not going to be capable of surviving living in a seniors nursing home situation as my mind is totally well and clear, and they are mostly all dementia patients and so forth, and must be "locked in" to keep them safe.
I'm not doing very well as far as cheerful is concerned.  Sure would prefer to be able to give possitive words and so forth, but my life does feel as though it is going to end up terribly sad and unhappy.  I keep wondering why I've not been able to locate anyone like me who has already found some sort of better living arrangement for themselves.
Most of my friends seem to have disappeared from my life, things are so embarrassingly complicated for me day to day.  It has left me with very lonely, sad attitude, and I don't apppear to matter much to anyone anymore.  If I' hadtime to write a book/diary about hat I've been going thru, I'm not sure anyone would believe me.
Very sad, not helpful, but this is what I am experiencing just the same.
