I wish I could give him the answer.

Today has been such a long day. My dad is going through some personal issues and he is completely consumed with it. He doesn't sleep or eat all he does it sit and worry and chain smoke. He has such a high anxiety level that my sister and I are worried that he is going to have a heart attack. He isn't in good health is it is. He has COPD and emphysema. He is already on an oxygen level of 4. We know that he suffers from depression and anxiety but he refuses to do anything about it, so all we can do is be there for him and listen to him and pray for him. none of this however is helping us with our anxiety issues though, we were already worrying about him do to his health issues and now with his personal issues the worry is just increased by 1000.
