I WILL HAVE CONTROL OF MY LEGS YET.

Hi Journal,

I will have control of my legs yet,
you bet I will, and not for the want of trying.

I am at my best when out walking in open areas.
I do lots of walking. I ride my bike every day and,
yes I do fall off  it, about once a week.
I can live with that.
I attend tai chi and yoga classes,
once a week respectively.
So I do plenty of exercise, possible too much at times,
well so be it.

The big issue I'm having is control of movement.
Last night I attended a new years eve dance.
I was stunned by my lack of co-ordination when
I attempted to dance.
My legs would just not do that,
which I wanted  them to do.
I put this down to my issues with multi tasking.
Anyway I am not having it, I'm not going to take this.
I will be seeking advice on my lack of coordination,
and I will be and I am, 'upping the anti', going flat out,
giving 100% to regain that which I have lost.
I will have full control of my legs yet.

So up yours Parks, you bastard, I have not given in.

Keep up that good fight and attitude. The exercising you are doing, the Tai Chi and Yoga classes should help a lot. I am surprised you can ride a bicycle because of balance, but so good to hear are able to do so, even with an occasional fall. Keep fighting, keep dancing. Happy New Year.
