i will cover some of my history, but 1st

but 1st... just a quick update... had a horrid head ache yesterday... went to the va in the morning for my chronic pain management, then went to talk to my neuro to let him know the increase in neurontin has not done anything. my head still hurts daily. my doc wasn't there but his intern was and he remembered me. so told him the news and he said he would set up another appt as soon as there is an opening. as the day went on the head pain got worse... after dropping cards and gifts to the post offc and then dropping off a deposit to the bank i went home and had to lay down. i took in lots of water hoping to feel better. but as night fell the pain got worse. finally right before going to sleep i decided to take the new meds my neuro had given me for imediate head ache relief. it made me sleepy but not sure it helped the pain.  today i woke up feeling a bit better. my stomach is still in knots and my head still has some pain. but at least i don't feel like it got ran over by a car.  sonnie's still being a grinch anout christmas... mom's heth care is being switched over come Jan. she is not happy about it. she wants to keep her docs.  it's been rainy and chilly here... so i haven't gone to the beach lately. i'll try when it gets sunnier.  now to get to the history... check my next entry...
