I want to write a poem That every human feelsThat touches every soulMakes them grin from ear to earI want to capture the smile of a babyWrap it up in love Tied tight with the laughter of a childAnd the beauty of a doveThe softness of a rabbits furAnd soft smooth China silkThe sweet smell of warm fresh linen And warm down blankets stillThe crackle of a fireThe warmth of a lovers armsSweet words from a person you admireWho turns out...Admires you moreThe love of a pet or babySo innocent and sweetnever one to judge you Just love you endlessly The comfort found in acceptanceOf feeling you are not aloneAnd cant forget the feeling of simply being HOMEWith loved ones all around youwho love and really try to get you Or laying on a warm sandy beach under a sky so blueReading a book that captures you and takes you far awayPutting on your rain boots when clouds are getting greySplashing around like a youngster Making the best out of the stormYour electric blanket and the way it keeps you warm The love of a human being who really truly cares Their touch and their compassion their eyes and their beautiful hair I want to write a poem that makes everyone smile so let me warn you knowThis may take a while...Think of the smell of morning due or the oceanThink the sun coming up and beautiful emotions.Think of dancing the night away on a beach Laying back and wishing that those stars we could reachFeeling you are truly complete Feeling the water and sand on your feetThe stars in the sky so beautiful and vast the universe with mystery's to last I want everyone to feel something from this poem I hope deeply and truly I have reached my goal
