I want to share this
I received the below email Wed Aug 15, 2007 on Chris's birthday, 5mo after he passed. Chris was the computer tech for the Jefferson school district. Carol was his supervisor.
Hi Mari,
I am Carol's daughter Andrea and I work at Monticello . In the two years that I knew Chris he was such an amazing person. About a week after Chris passed away my 2 year old daughter was lying with me on the couch and the lights were off and we were watching TV when she asked who the man on the stairs was. I asked her what man? She said the man on the stairs that wants to get your purse. I said no one was getting my purse and that she needed to go to sleep. She would not go to sleep until I moved my purse next to her. For about a week after that every night she would tell me that the man was back and when I asker her if he was nice she said “yes” I asked her what he was doing and she said “playing.” I then decided I would show her a few pictures. I showed her a picture of my grandfather who passed 5 years ago to see if this was who she was seeing and she said “no.” I then showed her a picture of my boyfriend who had passed at the age of 22 (10 years ago) and she said no mommy that’s not him either. A few more days passed and it was after Chris’ services and I had his picture from the service lying on the counter and when I went to move it she said mommy that is the man on the stairs. At that point I knew that Chris was at peace and he wanted to let me know through her that he was doing great! I will forever cherish that memory that Chris let me know he was at peace.
Ever since I knew who was there she has not mentioned him. He will always live in my heart and memory. There is not a day that goes by that I don’t ask him to help me with a computer issue or just think of him.
Know that Chris is at peace and rest easier knowing that when you are sleeping or even during the day that he is by your side. You a Gary raised an amazing young man, Be very proud !
You and your family will always be in my heart and prayers
Take care,
Andrea

That is really amazing....sometimes the eyes of innocence can see what we cannot....but in our hearts we know they are just a whisper away.
I rented my house in FL weeks before Christopher passed. When I met the woman renting the house, the week of Christophers\' service, she told me he had been at the house....she sensed his presence and felt love, she had seen spirits since she was a child...I know I felt overwhelmed. I was still in shock, but I\'ll never forget it.
I wish I could see him.....Love, Rebecca
This is amazing and SOOO wonderful to read this morning!!!!! WOW! I got the same kind of message from one of Kala\'s friends. She said that her baby sister..4ish I think..started playing with an \"imaginary\" friend shortly after Kala\'s accident. She would talk to her, play dolls with her, and even insisted her mom set a place at the dinner table for her. I can\'t remember at this moment if she was calling her Kala or not...will have to go back and find the message to remind myself. So one day Kala\'s friend was on her computer and she was looking at pictures of Kala and her baby sister walked by and said, \"that\'s my friend, that\'s the girl who comes and plays with me\". It was shocking and amazing and she wasn\'t sure that I would believe her...which of course I did immediately! It was so wonderful to know that Kala was playing with this little girl and letting us know that she is happy and OK. Thanks for sharing your story and for reminding me of my own. Our kids are AWESOME!!
How beautiful..little ones know..Nora
Children do SEE and what I really appreciate too reading this is that she allowed her daughter the freedom to talk about it and didn\'t tell her that she was \"imagining\" things etc. How wonderful is that?! Oh, to have this confirmation and to receive this letter... what a gift. Thank you so much for sharing and with our children ALL things are possible! Hugs, Joanie
Wow! Thank you so much for sharing!
Hugs, Marlene
Thanks wonderful. It must be so comforting to know that Chris is at peace and with you even though you can\'t see him. Terry
What a wonderful story to read....No doubt that it was Chris....only a child can tell such a wonderful story....that can not lead no doubts that she saw Chris...as she never knew him....That is a big WOW
So glad to read this :) XX We can believe it when they are trying to leave us a message. I think I have to or its not fair for Tamzin with such effort it might be.... Your sign from the little girl was lovely
