I want [the need]

Poem/ Artistic Piece: "I want" [the need]
As I look into the mirror, what do I see?
But wishing I could lose a few more pounds...
I want to look better... I want to feel better...
But what I feel now? Isn't it enough?
Is there enough? Are the things I want what I need to work to?
Or the fact that I feel this numbing, self-emptying need for 'want'
that is the issue? For is this the feeling of unfull desire the only
thing that lets me know I'm still here... Is the the only thing that is
wrong with me? The only thing that is broken?
