I want more time for me!

This wk end is going to be about everyone  else I can tell. The only thing I have control of is what I eat. Thats about it. I would like more me time, not washing everyones clothes, or making their beds, or sewing their clothes, or cooking their food, or washing their dishes. Oh god! Help me get through this wk end. I am even tired of taking out my parents garbage on sundays an picking up after them like kids. I do that enough at my house. I know I am complaining, but I am just tired. I want me time!
