I want a dog

I want a dog. Not that my cat isn't nice he is just lazy sleeping in my bed or napping in the nearest window. He drinks and uses his litter box. He doesn't even chase his ball mouse or string. He has taken up biting. He chases shadows. He curls up in my lap purs as I pet him. He is very happy with his life I change someone or something life just by being there for him. Oh hell maybe I'll just keep my lazy cat. For me a dog is just a dream, but my cat is something real he can be hugged felt and heard. He has the power to calm me.
