I've lost my sense of worth.
Like every one else my story is long, painful and tireing.
I have CHF, COPD, MPS, Fibromylgia, Arthritis, Hypertension, Anxiety, depression and I'm fat and uly and old.
No insurance, only take meds for BP, Anxiety and I'm in a free pain study for arthritis pain.
My husband is disabled, granted S.S.D. 3 years ago. He survived cancer but was left with a colostomy, also had a knee injury that after 7surgeries have left him with RSD that is moving into other parts of his body.He also suffers from severe depression. He has chronic pain and with all the medications for all the problems he is almost like a zombie.
My 25 year old son is BP with OCD and ADHD, alcolholism, has full custody of his 2 year old son (the babies mother is in prison due to Crack related felones)
I have more but the baby is awake and I have to take care of him.

Your worth isn\'t weighed on the ailments you have but the person you are. From reading what I have read I can tell you are a very loving and supportive wife and mother. A caretaker and a loving Grandma. You have many things to be happy about. Try and sit down and write what you are thankful for and see the joy in those things. I am by no means downplaying what you are going through just trying to help you find a rainbow in the midst of it all. I will be praying for you.

I wish I could write magic words that could change everything for you, but I can\'t. I know for me I try to find a positive in every situation. In this life we aren\'t promised that it will be easy but it is in how we handle the diversity. I believe in staying in the moment. It has become my mantra over the last year because if I dwell in the past or try to predict my future it makes me anxious but by staying in the moment life is good even when my pain is already at 7 today. I do believe in God and Angels and I try to remember something from Conversations with God that if in the bleakest moments you can find gratitude then you are able to find joy. We all can get so down and out ,we are all dealing with difficult situations but we all have so much to be grateful for even if it is hard to find it. I have a thankful journal that I use. It was important that as my life was changing so drastically last year that I tried to stay focus on a positive each day. So in my journal I have a prayer and spiritual sayings that I read and then I write what I am grateful for and that helps centers me. We are also energy and energy attracts like energy so if you think negatively that is the energy you will attracted, but if you try to think positively that is the energy you will attract. I know these are words and it isn\'t easy always putting into action the words but I know what has helped me in a years were my whole life has turned upside down. You are in my prayers.
