I've decided to try
I have decided to try and talk to my therapist about trying to process some of the abuse the sexual and th physical and maybe even a little of the mental. I know it willl be hard and it will take some time to go through it and It might even be scary. Thinking about telling my decision to my friend/roommate. She has been through alot of the same things as I have maybe she would want to work on it together. to give each other support in processing it. I know the sexually abuse has caused alot of my problem mentally and so has the physical abuse. I had my first hallucination when I was 4 years old. It is when I got the scariest hallucination I have ever had and still have to this day It is a man he has red eyes and he watches everything I do. He is very critical of me always puts me down and makes me feel awful. He us always there. If I could make him go away I would love it. I can't stand him watching me all the time. and HE is always putting me down and saying negative things to me and about me. Any way enough about that I am really scared about trying to work through all this but maybe it will help and maybe the depression won't be so bad if I process some of this. I hope it makes a difference for the better for me.

I think that\'s a good idea, but will take a lot of work. It might be slow going, but you probably need to talk to someone that properly knows how to handle abuse and the PTSD - might even take years but kudos for taking the first baby step of confronting these issues that have been with you since you were a child. Very brave.
I think if you are thinking about this, it is probably time to start on the therapy. I wish you well with it.
