I've come a long way
I know I'm still on a roller coaster, and in 10 minutes I could dissolve into a puddle, but good days are coming more frequently and lasting longer. Sundays have been pretty bad days for me, but today the kids are fishing with stbx for Father's day, I'm all alone and doing ok. A little anxious, but looking forward to having the day to relax. It's a good feeling to realize that things are improving, even if it's only for a day.

I\'m happy to hear that this is a good day for you. For some reason Sundays are hard for a lot of people. I think just realizing that you will have good and bad days and not fighting the bad days helps you to move forward.
