I'VE BEEN GONE...
HELLO, I HAVEN'T BEEN AROUND LATELY BECAUSE MY HUSBAND IS IN THE HOSPITAL. ON MONDAY NIGHT WE HAD A BIBLE STUDY HERE. A LITTLE WHILE AFTER EVERYONE LEFT WE GOT READY FOR BED. HE STARTED TO SWEAT REAL BAD AND HE GOT NAUSATED. I CALLED 911 AND THEY ENDED UP TAKING HIM TO UPSTATE HOSPITAL BECAUSE THE VETERANS HOSPITALWASN'T TAKING ANY PATIENTS. THEY ADMITTED HIM BECAUSE HIS EKG WAS A LITTLE DIFFERENT FROM THE OTHER ONES HE HAD DONE. THE NEXT MORNING THEY CALLED THE VA. THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANY BEDS AVAILABLE. UPSTATE DIDN'T HAVE ANY BEDS AVAILABLE. UPSTATE TOOK OVER ONE OF OUR OTHER HOSPITALS SO HE WAS TRANSPORTED THERE. TODAY THEY GAVE HIM PART 1 OF A NUCLEAR STRESS TEST. TOMORROW THEY WILL GIVE HIM THE NEXT PART WHILE HE'S AT REST. HIS CHEST PAIN USUALLY STARTS WHEN HE'S RESTING. IF EVERYTHING GOES OK WITH THIS TEST HE WILL COME HOME AND BE FOLLOWED UP BY HIS VA DOCTORS. HE DOESN'T FEEL TOO BAD RIGHT NOW. THEY'RE ALSO GIVING HIM BREATHING TREATMENTS. SO HE'S IN THE PLACE HE NEEDS TO BE FOR NOW.
I HAVE BEEN GOING BACK AND FORTH GOING ON THE THIRD DAY. THE HOSPITALS ARE OK BUT NOW I HAVE TO PAY FOR PARKING AND HIS TV AND TELEPHONE. AT LEAST AT THE VA WE DON'T HAVE TO PAY FOR ANY OF THAT. THEY SHOULD COVER HIS HOSPITAL BILLS. THAT'S ONE RELIEF.
HOPEFULLY I'LL BE BACK ON REGULARLY NOW. WE HAVEN'T HEARD ANYTHING ON HIS LEGS YET SO I'LL KEEP EVERYONE UPDATED ON BOTH.

I\'ve heard of \'night sweats\', is that what this is? I always get the diagnosis
and go online because there\'s so much there. On Yahoo Answers,
once you are signed up (easy to do), you can ask questions in
men\'s health, and there are really skilled people who \'answer\',
and you get to read all of them, pick \'best answer\'. There\'s also
alternative health, too, and I\'ve had answers there from
retired nurses, doctors, naturopaths because these people
do retire and want to share their knowledge.
We need to know that we can find things out and see if
we agree with what is being told to us.
The best in this, I will be watching to hear how it is
because I know it\'s a big problem for sure. Joy

HELLO, THANK YOU FOR PRAYERS AND HELPFUL HINTS WHERE TO LOOK THINGS UP. THEY DID SECOND PART OF TEST TODSY. EVERYTHING LOOKED OK SO THEY SENT HIM HOME. HE HAS APPOINTMENT NEXT FRIDAY WITH PA AT VA HOSPITAL. WILL KEEP EVERYONE UPDATED. EVERYONE HAVE A BLESSED NIGHT. HUGS, CHRIS
