I uploaded a ton of pics, 23 I think...
This past weekend was a good weekend. Matthew and I had a ball! Saturday we met up with Crazyfibro at Ko Olina and sat around the beach and in the water and just talked. It felt so good just be able to see another fibro face to face. I feel bad for her tho, because her husband doesn't quite understand. Matthew didn't know what to do with himself but he was there, and that made me very happy. Sunday, Sonnie, Matthew and I went to Waimea Falls, since Matthew had never scene the waterfall. We took tons of pics, but I have to wait till Sonnie gets back cuz I'm tech illiterate and don't know how to upload pictures to the comp. We had a great time up there and got to sit under the waterfall and get a back rub from the water puoring down on us. It was very uplifting and refreshing. The waterfall seems to wash away all the stress. Today, i'm not very happy. I saw nephrology and hoped they would have answers for my kidney issues, but they didn't. I guess the good news is they don't think I have lupus, but they don't know what is causing the reoccurring pylonephritus (sp?). I hate it when doctors give me the "I don't know" dx, cuz that's worse than not knowing!! So they are sending me BACK to urology. I hate this back and forth game!! I will be dead before they figure it out!Matthew left this morning to work, and I was so sad to see him go. I didn't want to let go. They are sending him back out to the field today and all week for more combat training. So I wont get to see him till Friday night. I don't know why they are sending him out for more combat training when he can't do his job because of the carpal tunnel. I hope they just put him on a temporary limited duty board, so they can stop messing his hand up even more. He doest have a whole lot of time left anyway active duty, so he should be focusing on transforming back over to civilian, and start looking into civilian jobs and whatever. But that's the "genius" military for you! They don't care what is practical and what a waste of time, they just want to do whatever they feel like at the moment, even if it doesn't make any sense! I miss him already and I hope they soon realize how stupid their idea was and cut short his training (yeah, right! that will never happen!). Well, look out for new pics tomorrow, cuz they will be posted! Hope everyone's Monaday is going well!

Thanks! I looked some of it up, but with my short attn span, I\'ll have to get back to it.
Glad you had a great weekend. It really does help to be able to talk to someone who has your same health issues, like a stone being lifted from your back! That\'s pretty cool that it is someone from DS too!
It must be maddening to be left in limbo about your kidneys; I am glad you don\'t have lupus, though. With all the advanced technology in medicine today, you\'d think you could get more concrete answers. Sorry you are going through this!
