I tried visiting a church today

Well, I went to visit a church today that was a " Christian Ctr", about an 800 member church. . I did initially like the church very much. There was a visitor dinner right after the service at which time I learned that it was part of " Assembly of God ". During the lunch the kept mentioning " family" which I think is great but nothing about singles. Most of groups all focused on family. They then mentioned that once a member you would be assigned a " deacon" . I liked how they had many different types if ministries/church groups and that they were local but I did not feel the warmth when there. They do have another special group later tonight that I may try and well see but likely I will need to keep visiting more churches that are to me appear to be warmer, welcoming, also focus on single adults like me.... At least I did visit a church today
