I took a pain pill which isn't working

I ate light, I'll try some bengay on the knee, but I dunno what to do. It just won't go away. Doc's say  its phantom pain, but I doubt it because the laproscopic surgon sliped and caused me to have authritus in my left knee as a result. I can't dance around wildly anymore. Baby steps baby steps to heal heal.
