I think it worked!
Ok so, I've been doing these LH tests every day since CD10 and getting negative tests. I've only missed one day (yesterday) of testing, but I fretted over it. Today, I made sure I tested and guess what? It's a positive test! I was starting to give up hope, since it's CD21 and I go for my blood tests in 3 days to check my progesterone levels.
I texted DH and said "I think my ovulation test is positive, we have to have sex tonight!", then went back and checked the LH strip. Sure enough the two lines match and it's a positive test!
So this dose of Letrozole works! YAAAY! Now I just have to hope the right ovary is the one releasing the egg since my left tube is blocked.
I was loosing hope and getting into another slump, but seeing that line and it matching the control line instead of being faded like all the other tests has renewed my hopes! I know the worrying and fretting will seep back in, but today's a good day dammit! I'm feeling good, it's 18C (64F) outside and sunny! I feel happy for the first time in a long time!

Yeah!!!! for + OPK\'s!!!!! Now that you know you should be ovulating, try to pay attention and see if you \"feel\" it. I feel it really low and can definitely tell which side it\'s on. It\'s a very precise, direct pain, not dull or widespread. That\'s the way it is for me anyways, not everyone is the same and some never feel it, but it\'s worth paying attn to, just in case.
