I think it is happening

My PC is still at the shop they had to send it to the company I think after awhile they will send it to PC heaven LOL
It has been awhile since I have made an entery                               I feel GREAT YESSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Months ago my MS doc told me that chemo (Mitozantron) whould stop the swealling just like steriods do but better it would just take months to start to work. I did not want to believe him it was just too good to be true. He told me at the very least the chemo would stop how fast I would get worse, it should also stop new MS attacks, and he said it should let me get better he said it could put into a full remission. Too much to hope for right???
The end of last week I was in a bad place, I cried wed/thurs/fri I was missing Bruce and I felt useless. Sat I felt a bit better so I went home for 7 hrs and felt better. Part way through the visit I was sitting at my pc and without knowing it I had started to sing & dance (well in my chair) I felt happy I mean truely happy. I can move my legs, feet, toes, arms, hands, fingers, sit without suport. I get tired quickly but I can do it. The steriods have worn off so it has to be the chemo that is starting to work, who would have thunk it. (*lol) Went back to the hospital slept great for the third night in a row (all night in one shot).
Sunday went home again, helped make dinner. I did not do much but I did help some. Something that I have not been able to do for months. Had more energy, felt great. Ate all meals by myself 100%. Did not sleep well Sunday night about half of the night, the next day (Mon) felt tired but OK.
Still felt happy. Started physio, doing leg exercises, arm exercises and starting some trunk exercises. I am now doing a slow rehab and it looks like I should be able to go home YESSSSS!!!!!! It will take months to get strong enough but it is do-able. We are also are going to need our apartment outfitted with all of the equipment that I will need. Monday night did not sleep well either, got to make sure that I do not tire myself out.
Today has been a GREAT day. Went on an interview to do volenteer work at a crisis center, doing office work, and fund raising etc. I got accepted, just waiting on paperwork (crimial records check) they know that I have MS and will have to take time off if I get tired. I will be doing some office work, typing (pc work) emailing updating records and such. In dec will be making "quilted" christmas balls to hang on trees to sell also be doing crafts to sell to raise money for the center. It is a rape crisis center they helped me years ago so it is my turn to give back. It is good to feel useful again, this I can do from home or hospital or go into the center.
I am going to go home everyday as long as the weather holds up. It is good to feel human again. It feels like I have woken up from a deep dark sleep, an on going night mare. I know it is not going to be all sunshine from here on, I know it is going to be tuff, it is going to be allot of hardwork, but I know that I can do it.
Also yesterday had 2 normal bm's one today, no enama's needs yesssssss!!!!!!! My body just seems to be funtioning better have more energy, eating 3 meals one snack daily, eating 90% by myself. I can think better, clearer.
     Did physio today as well.
Leg extenions x5 -foot circles both ways- foot pumps - toe wiggles- tighten thigh muscles did 3 x today
Arms -fingers-hands - wrists- elbows shoulders x3 twice day
the nurse thought I should write down here how much I am exercising so when I have a bad day I can come back and read it
today was a great day
