I think I might murder someone...

I think I'm losing my sanity... I'm no longer in full control of the things I do... I'm scared I might black out one night and kill someone. My sister came by with her daughter and the kid pierced me with her eyes, emotionless... She fucking scares me. I'm not panicking yet, but I feel something is going to happen and I have no control over it.
