i survived easter?!
Sick as a dog Sunday after midnight and all day Monday. Feeling sick before Midnight, started throwing up at 3 in morning, till "dry heaves", as 1980s drunks used to joke about to me.
xmas 2006 flashback, with me laying on kitchen floor in pain, and taken to hospital, after eating a pizza.
Easter of one dollar mini-pizza, and cheeze sandwhiches. Or bad 1970s religious memories? Or week of obsessing over past? Or weeks of insomnia, of waking every 2 hours? Or biking in 15 mph wind?
Kinda interesting how I got arthritis in my hands before throwing up, with arthritis disappearing after i threw up---i even read that arthritis is connected with other pains, including mental health
Monday, before 7 in morning, I shuffled, in untied shoe laces, to mini-er up the street, but doctor not in. Laid half on my bed, hoping to go to grocery store for "ingrediants for an unpset stomach" (as I told cashier), but "i cant do it". 6 hours later to have the strength to get sherbert, soda, yogurt, and benydrl.
Benydrl finally knocked me out at 8 at night, with me before that checking my clock to find only ten minutes had passed instead of hours I hoped for.
Also weird how somebody i know got stuck in a florida hospital thursday for intestine surgery. He was offered $150 to help somebody move to florida, but the other driver got a $650 fine for no licence, so he stuck in a florida hospital to get part of his intestine out, with no money to get back to Pennsylvania.
I'm gonna be popping benydryl or melatonin for awhile, cause insomnia can lead to illness. I'm running out of food I can eat that doesnt make me sick. But, I am glad i'll be taking the bus to walmart in 2 hours; walmart trips cure everything:)

Sorry to hear of your misadventure. Next to pain, nausea is the worst human feeling.
Are you sure you didn\'t eat too much Easter candy? Lol. Just kidding. I am Glad you are ok. Dry heaves are the worse. I get them on occasion. I think it\'s due to the medication I take. Ugh.
It\'s Interesting about arthriris and mental health. I have often felt that mental health and physical wellness are connected in some way.
A good nights sleep is important for so many things. I take an over counter product that contains melatonin and other natural ingredients. It helps some times. I still have bad nights. Some nights are better than others.
I hope you get some good sleep and no more nausea episodes.

i went to doctor the next day for new blood pressure medication with less side effects---when i went to pick it up at walmart, the pharmacist told me it was sleeping pills...though at least they do knock me out.
