I survived

Well I survived the week without my hubby and taking care of my mother in law.   How scary is this at about 4:30 am we had an earthquake that rattled me out of bed.  I thought it was my son using the punching bag which is right under my bed in the garage.   It turns out that it was a 5.2 in Bellmont IL and I am not too far from there.  We have always had drills for tornados not earthquakes.   Inches are coming off but not the pounds and I wish for more punds to move on the scale.  My hair is still coming out like crazy and I am keeping my protein up.  I can see it thining alot and I am getting very upset.
