i should be doing work, but...
does anyone have really sudden mood swings?
usually the ones i've experienced have lasted days/weeks/months, i usually don't cycle quickly, like more than 3 times in a day.
today i woke up irritable and very tired due to taking geodon, which i hate. but i got over that and decided to get some breakfast and play piano which usually makes me feel better then all of a sudden i couldn't play anymore and i just sobbed for about 15 minutes. i didn't even know what i was crying about, part of me felt like i was totally isolated and that i alienate everyone who is of any importance to me. this was not brought on by anything specifically really which is why it was so weird.
i didn't take my lamictal at the usual time, which i thought might have contributed to it, but i took my clonazepam and got my lamictal dose as soon as i could, which was immediately after this little tantrum? freak out? episode? i don't know what it was.
now i feel fine, not manic but not depressed, just aware of what i have to do and ready to do it. i did laundry and i'm doing my work listening to some debussy.
but why did this happen? the geodon? the lack of lamictal? just random stress? does anyone else experience these small fits? it was just so weird. like the most intense moments of a depressive episode happened in just 20 minutes or so and then was totally gone. it was rather exhausting, i drank a redbull, which probably wasn't smart since le psychiatrist says i should stay away from any form of stimulant.
not that i do, considering the coke, e and coffee i have done in the past 2 weeks since i've seen her.
it's not my fault she won't return my calls.
