I See It On Poshmark Too

This is an old thread, however I used to be looking for if anyone had intel on the Mario Valentino model and how within the heck they are not being sued by other designers. These luggage drive me loopy to be honest. They are copying the Gucci Soho bag, the Celine Phantom, Celine mini belt bag, Chanel boy bag...even the GIvenchy Antigona. Not to say, their image is almost precisely like Valentino Garavani's with a V and a circle. They appear and feel cheap, and are so not value the worth tags.
I see more and more of these bags popping up on my IG feed, and the bloggers that use it are tagging Valentino Garavani...folks critically suppose it's the identical model! I see it on Poshmark too, and other people suppose they are getting the other Valentino bags. I'm just flabbergasted that Neimans and different department stores are selling these luggage. WHYYYY?!
Sorry, I just had to rant because I'm utterly in awe, and I do not understand at all.

Those "knock off" luggage are actually annoying. They do feel very cheap. I do not even assume I'll purchase one even if I find them for a penny at Nordstrom Rack. Individuals actually think they're the valentino shoes online, and are shopping for them up...
Valentino in Valentino Garavani is his first title, so they cannot sue for the title. Perhaps they'll sue for commerce mark infringement since their brand was literally copied. Folks behind Mario valentino shoes online in all probability thought this by, and made the 2 logos simply totally different sufficient.
So far as copying other brand goes... many manufacturers end up making "knock offs" of trendy gadgets. Manufacturers like Steve Madden, Zara, or Michael Kors are always blatantly "borrowing" from other brands.
